The fibers that are used in the production process are purchased with a hypercritial work. The raw cotton is passed through a controlling phase in the purchasing stage. The quality tests of the samples that are collected from the various cotton firms are done with USTER HVI and USTER AFIS testing machines, and their reports are prepared. The cotton that answers to our current quality understanding at a highest rate is selected and the purchsing process is completed.
The raw cotton that is sent to the dyehouse after passing through the quality stage in order to be dyed is taken after it is dyed with chemicals according to the the most convenient standarts. Later the cotton is subjected to necessary tests and it is stacked neatly in our depots according to the suitable raw material depots situations. The firms where our dyed cotton is provided have ÖKO-TEX certificates and when required these can be presented to our customers.
As for the synthetic fibers like acrylic, polyester and viscose which are used in the production of malenge yarns are met from the most outstanding firms such as Aksa, Sasa, Lenzing and etc..
