    In our firm having two plants, the fibers that come out from the Trützschler blow room machinery with two different scales mix lines, go to Trützschler drawing frames and to the related yarn plants. The fibers that will be combed pass from Rieter combing machines and they are sent to ring plant.

    The planning, which begins with the selecting and controlling the convenient raw material for the demands or exact orders that comes to the color laboratory, returns to the customer with an order contract by determining the closest delivery date according to the possiblities and calculations in all phases of the operation, the process continues with the approval of the customer.
    After this stage, the order of the action and management instructions on how, when and according to which parameters the work will be done by the operational departments are prepared. The instructions are pursuited with the coordination of the  planning, labarotory and  consignment depot departments.
    The shipment of the produced yarns and daily consignments are carried out according to the order contracts.    

Open - End Plant

    In our Schlafhorst machines with 2000 rotors, open-end nelange yarns between Ne 2,25/1 and Ne 34/1 are produces with different mixed fibers. Owing to Corolab sensors in our Open-End machines, we are serving the best quality melange open-end yarn to our customers.

Ring Plant

    The ring plant where melange yarns between Ne 9/1 and Ne 80/1 is produced consists of 7 Rieter, Zinser ve Grosshainer roving machines, 20000 of spindles Zinser and Suessen brand 16 ring machines and Schlafhorst, Muratta and Savio brand 4 and  6 link coner machines.
    Compact yarns that have been mostly demanded nowadays are produced with the 1 Zinser and 2 Suesen brand ring machines.
    Owing to the  Uster Quantum sensors that are in our bobbin machines, we present a high quality melange ring yarn to our clients.

Quality Control

    Garanti Iplik’s approach underlying quality is a continuous process that  starts from the preparation of raw materials, continues with the production, includes customer relations at sales and after sales. The objective of our quality control team is to ensure the sustainability of its process correctly.

    In the Quality Department, structured independently from the manufacturing units, our laboratory assistants who work 7/24, tests all products on the production stage. Together with physical measures, we also believe in the importance of visual quality. For this reason, we formed another control quality team and thanks to their continuous efforts all bobbins coming from Open End and Ring machines are being controlled visually, labelled and delivered to yarn store. The aim is to prevent possible non-compliances and to ensure to send the right quality to our customers.

    When required the collected data from the tests made at every stage of our customer-oriented production cycle are maintained in a computerized environment for an easy access and updating our standards. If the customers do not give specification for the product, all physical and visual quality control test results are evaluated according to Garanti Iplik’s standards. In this way, possible non-compliances are determined at the production stage.
